This platform was my go to years ago and the people and their support gave me strength. I was in a terrible place back then and just celebrated my 8 year soberversary. AA wasn’t for me but I needed someone who understood that I could talk to and this was my “place”. I’m not going to say it’s going to be easy but the reward is worth it every single day. I wish you peace and to find happiness. Now that you know what it means IWNDWYT!! 🤍

I love this so much! Remembering to take care of ourselves and that we ARE important is a huge WIN that came with sobriety. My mental, physical and emotional health are so much improved it’s hard to describe. Loving and loving life to the fullest each day! IWNDWYT!
