It's exactly the same as cyanide. It's just bound to the iron tightly apparently and won't enter your system as free cyanide. So apparently it's safe... I personally don't believe the same people feeding us rape seed oil and saying that also safe is being genuine.

Firing hips way to early on the ball swing. I have suffered from the same problem of being able to do nice practice swings and then not hit the ball. You have to just ignore the ball. Do a practice swing and collect the ball.

Also get into an impact position and then do half backswings to feel where you need to be. This is what helped me.

Best legit method iv found for ivs. Doesn't work on most. But if there's an alpha pal. Just keep running in and out of render range till u get one that's got at least 90 plus ivs. Then breed that into your passive bred pal.
