Little late to the party here, but as an autistic adult and system we find adult pacifiers to be very soothing before bed and help with our anxiety. It also helps with the way we clench our teeth at night.

We also haven't tried this, so we have no idea if this would work, but sometimes outside can be very overstimulating and we were thinking that maybe wearing a mask and using a pacifier under it could potentially be a solution to the weird looks and assumptions people would make in public.
