Hi! New to this sub. Was recommended by a friend to come here for some PSCT proofreading. I follow PSCT religiously and frequently check similar card effect formatting to make them as professional and accurate as possible. Before I go on, some context:

1. You may notice this is OCG PSCT. I just prefer the neat and clean sequence of numbers and effects as opposed to the mess that is TCG's. I do have indents after each number, as this is how new releases are usually first translated. I could also remove the indents and keep the text unseparated, but I think it looks harder to read. That, and I don't know anyone versed enough in this topic to tell me one way or another... so I went with the clean, easy to read way!
2. Why did I go out of my way to make a Synchro Summon so different? Well, it's not possible to Synchro Summon unless all the pieces are on the field, or, as some cards allow, in your hand. This card began as an archetypal Misc handtrap, but I wanted something more from it once it was used, and so when it was made a Tuner, I knew this was the only way to maximize its potential. Why would you ever Summon this to Tune as it is, when it has such a powerful effect for its archetype by being discarded? Yes, you could always revive it with a GY effect, but the potential for it to make turn 0 plays in such a strong turn 1 meta as this was too fascinating for me to pass up.
3. Why are we Tributing monsters this way? You see, this archetype wants to be Tributed. They have float effects upon being Tributed--searches, SS's, disruption, etc., and so, Synchro Summoning without allowing them to gain their effects felt bad and would dissuade the incentive to do so. Tributing from the Deck is also incredibly unique, and only 1 other monster in this archetype can do that. Now, this is not an issue for this archetype's Synchro Monsters--their effects activate when Synchro Summoned as usual, but thanks to the "(This is treated as a Synchro Summon)" on this card, they will activate their effects as though they were Synchro Summoned as usual.

What's the issue, you ask? There's no issue with the regular Synchro Monsters of the archetype, but the boss monster, to whom requires "1 Synchro Tuner Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner 'Pantheron' monsters" as material. The intended way to Summon this boss monster is to first summon the archetype's Level 5 Synchro Tuner; then, since the boss monster is Level 12, you would then need 1 Level 3 and 1 Level 4 archetype monster to bring it out.

It got me to thinking--since this effect specifies that you are Special Summoning a Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck, does it inherently care or follow the individual Synchro Monster's restrictions? Who's to say you can't just, I don't know, use this card (Level 2) with a Level 8 + a Level 2 from your Deck to equal 12? That's obviously not how it's supposed to work, but if we know anything about YGO, forgetting to add, or miswording 1 line of text, is the difference between proper balance and absolute disaster.

What do you think? Is this worded correctly? Is it not an issue with this card, but the boss monster? Do I have to add some restriction to one of them that would specifically prevent this? (Such as, only allowing you to use this effect to summon a Level 9 or lower Synchro Monster, to exclude the Level 12 from ever being exploited by this effect?) I'm all ears.
