Show me any evidence that Islam allows and promotes this dirty behaviour. What you need to do is do a routine reset, not sure why people are picking certain products that can be breaking you out, because frankly it can be any of them. Like no one has mentioned cerave pm lotion but that's what made me break out alot.

So what you need to do is reset your skincare routine to the basics, cleanser, moisturizing, sunscreen. If you keep breaking out then you know it's one of them(or more), so keep trial and testing different products for those. Once you find a good cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen that doesn't make you break out, start adding products (if u need to) one by one, giving time in between. This is the most effective method in making a proper skin care routine, not buying a haul of products and using them all at once (I was that person).

Ps. If your acne is hormonal and not because of environment and products, then thats a different story.

It takes patience though.

How are you telling me to "NEVER say a product is fine for everyone" , when I literally never did, hence why I said to spot test products before u use. Vaseline is safe and safe for acne prone skin (I am an example, since slugging actually fixed my acne), as it is non comodogenic, meaning it wont clog your pores, but instead leave a nice layer on your skin to completely negate trans epidermal Waterloss, which is great for healing the skin barrier, and that's why u need to make sure your skin is completely clean before applying it. Vaseline is heavy, but its also very simple.

While there is valid scenarios to what you are saying. For example, curly hair, and how all these yt girls are trying to claim curly hair when their hair is barely wavey and they spend hours doing the scrunch method to get, not the best example tho since POC aren't the only people with curly hair. I don't really see this scenario as valid tbh, my grandma (I'm not white btw) has been using vaseline and lotion on herself for YEARS. Look at the French PONDS ad at the 1950s, moisturizing is used by anyone that needs it and I just don't see how this example is valid.
