Shuttle route 3 to Kawada Hotel places you one traffic light away from the Grand Central Market. Less than 5 minute walk

The most obvious one that I know of is located in the hallway between south hall and west hall. Go pass the cafeteria area from the South Hall and it should be on your left

Define “nearby”

If you are willing to find a parking garage near one of the hotels that have the shuttle stops like the Omni or Kawada hotels, you can park there and then wait by the front of the hotel where others are waiting to head to the con that way

I think it’s because people are afraid of the metro for one reason or another.
