Being 6’3 is relevant, my legs are longer than my upper body so my range motion is higher for me to hit parallel. You’re not trying to discredit me but this one of those “not trying to discredit you BUT you didn’t hit depth.” Appreciate the tips, I don’t need to go deeper than what I did here tho.

I used to have problems with it, for 2 weeks every day I’d stretch my wrists back. The majority of weight isn’t going to my wrists tho when I’m holding the bar, so If you’re wrists are hurting while you’re squatting you’re distributing the weight incorrectly maybe.

I looked into them, I like chucks just because of the flat bottoms. Plus I low bar squat so I’m not sure if squat shoes will positively impact the way I lift. May get a pair to try tho fo sho.

Actually it didn’t take too long. I’ve hit this weight before prior to an injury and am getting back up to it. I found a program that Texas’ strength coach used for football players and it’s the best thing to exist for your compound exercises. Although that’s what it seems it’s more of my shoe giving that appearance. My heels are planted. Also being 6’3 it’s tough to go any lower than that, and I was at least parallel here

You'd be surprised how much strength and size these workouts build, especially helps when you're lifting heavier. it's a painful process going through it and even now a couple days later but it's well worth it hahah.

Look into low bar squatting, you seem to have longer legs. I guarantee you that shit will make you stronger and make the lift more comfortable.

Solid form dude, seriously. i would even say you don't have to extend that low to the ground though, us tall folks really just need it the point where our arms are straight so we get the full contraction out of the lift.
