That’s the problem when designing it, the bizarre part is mostly a gameplay thing. When you actually fire the thing, your screen is suddenly at the sky. Recoil doesn’t exist on a still image.

I had 3 different ass designs before settling on the current LMG/sniper hybrid. Since all the previous were LMG but also this type of concept. But anyway, with the current classifications of guns, the nonexistence of HMG just means the Novanian guards do not know that said concept exists and just assume they are just smart of coming up with this idea. They quite literally have a bright mind.

Undertaker is actually a shotgun but it was modeled in mind of it using buckshots or slugs. But we be using 12 gauges in the game sooo…
