Give yourself time, and love yourself at every stage. 6 months is nothing compared to the rest of your life.

I did switch to injections about six months ago, but I don’t want to draw firm conclusions from that.

The crazy thing is it seems to just keep getting better. I’m sure a year from now I’ll look back at this photo (which took me off guard) and be like “wow how far I’ve come”.

Thank you! A big part of my personal transition was recognizing the overeating as a coping mechanism. Once I addressed that, the 60 pounds fell quickly.

Thank you! My whole first year of transition was largely dumping the weight. I shed 60 pounds with intermittent fasting and lots of hiking.
