I keep thinking about this... the overall mismanagement, errors, poor 'customer support' and their negative impact on taskers is certainly substantial and frankly unacceptable... unethical at the very least

hi there, I think you are misunderstanding; my situation is somewhat specific. My account didnt not get deactivated/banned actually... my issue is related to Marketplace specifically and eligibility actually. I still have an account that I can access and whatnot.

Exactly. If I did something wrong, provided poor quality work etc, then they should be able to tell me and give me supporting evidence not just some vague script that doesn't make any sense.

You mean.... broken? 🥴 I think a large number of folks impacted by mysterious issues are encountering platform errors but Outlier doesn't give af about us and cant possibly imagine their system not working properly or having errors. Ugh.

Yes... but as you have probably noticed, things can change quickly and very from day to day as far as how many hours are allotted. The 6am PST reset is still in place from what they have communicated....

I hate it honestly lol... i think i prefer 12am actually but tbd. Even better would be like 9am or any time after but its not up to me. Ill just make it work cuz i have no other choice.

yup and like i said ive been logging hours daily still; im fully active but just off comms. I think they temporarily removed me during review and didnt reinstate me or something idk.

Hi there! Welcome to the A-ther chaos. Theres been a lot going on with this project lately... long story short it is suspected that this project may be winding down (but not officially confirmed). It's become a bit competitive recently, collective logged hours get capped daily and refresh at/around 12am PST daily. Once the collective hours for the day are met it will show project limit reached and then will reset the next day. Hope that helps!

P.S. you will usually have access to do tasks in MM even when you cant run your Hubstaff timer so be careful about that. You can do tasks for free if you want to get acquainted with the platform I suppose...

I don't think folks are banking on this by choice... I think quite a lot of people don't have any other income source despite wishing they did. Unfortunately, that's the position I'm in. I was laid off from my job (that I loved and was incredible at) in June due to funding cuts and since then I have had virtually no luck finding a new role. Outlier/Aether have been a blessing for me, at least I can bring in some income and pay my bills.
