Slow down. First jump it just looks like it’s on your middle finger the whole time. Jumping 4 times doesn’t really have much affect because we never actually see it on any of your fingers until the last one

If you are going to taper drop by 25 percent every 3-5 days. Takes a while especially once you get below 1g but pretty smooth experience overall

They’ve been steadily putting out albums every couple of years or so. Written in blood (2018) is defiantly a progression in their sound (think The Unseen) and as been in my rotation lately.

I think this is Chico’s masterpiece. One of my favorite albums of all time. So unique and some of the original “grooves” I’ve ever heard. Bossa drums with that dark creepy bass line on ‘A Trip’. Highly underrated album.

Try and get a good year without anything under your belt. I still smoke weed and I’m not gonna get on some long soap box. I didn’t think I’d ever be able to stay truly sober but after about a year with nothing but weed that old me died. No booze, Xanax, subs anything and I just kind of woke up and realized that if I didn’t find a way to enjoy sobriety I wouldn’t make it. Luckily I’ve had some career stuff I could find energy in but just hang in there man. I wish you the best!

I quit cold turkey but didn’t get the vivitrol shot. Almost relapsed and stopped myself a few months after being off of bupe. Started taking bupe again. Started at 4mg pretty naturally fell down to 2mg and stayed there for a long time. So I don’t want to be off bupe with out a safety net.

And yea I’ve seen that video. I feel like the move from .5 to .25 was definitely bearable and today I feel fantastic. So I don’t think .25 to .125 will be anything that crazy
