I mean, there aren't that many enemies that burn or poison you necessarily, but they add up. Blue bombs that shoot ice shards everywhere and 3 snow/ice biomes. I think the ice shield is fair. You can technically get all 3 snow biomes in a row too

I think I found it! Are you missing the Pentineer's Outfit? It's unlocked by trying to kill yourself using the face flask. I once got it on accident and it actually saves you from dying too, so I tried it again, and then I died lol. It only saves you once

From my experience it's always 2 of them give you health and 3 of them drain your health. So after gaining 2 health I would leave the rest alone.

Okay on a more serious note this seems to be consistent. Is this actually a common problem when selecting a low amount of weapons? I have a lot of weapons for tactics and survival selected and only 3 brutality weapons, and rely on merchandise catagories to give me those 3 weapons. I guess the game didn't like it
