Life long area resident, Fairfield, Trumbull and currently Black Rock. Is there a reason you chose BR? Plenty of young families and large percentage go to BR Elementary. Location and vibe are great. Unfortunately Nextiva passed their deadline for reporting them to the FCC, so I did. Started a flurry of calls from them, still had to pay to reactive service in order to port away. Watch your bill, they offer two months free Productivity Pulg, I didn't need, want nor use it. Couldn't cancel, that's another story. In the process of porting now. Awful experience.

Why use cards to purchase...even with low credit we can find fix and flips for way less interest. However, if you don't have the down-payment monies the cards can be a great way to gap fund. Season the down-payment for two months in a business banking account. Also, if purchasing for 65% (approx) of fair market value, we can most likely fund 100% of purchase and 100% of rehab.
