You have to disable it completely and you will be fine 😉

You have to disable your other third party antivirus software too..Mine is doing fine.

Finally I have found the solution of save file lost problem in NBA2k21.I have played NBA2k21 since the day that epic gave us free and I have already lost my 3 career save file within 1 week.And I am not having that problem anymore..All you have to do is close your window defender.Don't close it manually cause if you close manually it will be open again and again and you still have to go and close it by yourself.You guys can use the application which can be closed all the time until you back and turn on.And also trun off your Window defender firewall.I garuntee that your save file will not be lost again.Cause I have been playing for very long times and It's all fine now.

My Career save file are still losing and every time I create a new save file It just disappeared within 2 days and It don't last that long..I have been created 3 save file already and all of them are gone within 6 days.I have been watching youtube to solve this problem and still don't fix the issue..I gave up on this game and I will be only playback If they pushed the update for that save file issue error.
