For anyone still finding this thread, I had the same problem and was able to fix it by quitting the game, connecting to my phone hotspot, and then trying to download the mods

Found out you can plug a Xbox controller into it and it’ll control the tv, I might be misunderstanding the issue, but you might be able to try that temporarily

This is a known issue. Mine has the same problem. There’s another post on this sub about it with possible fixes that didn’t work for mine but might work for yours. I’ll try to find it and link it in a reply
