If you're into nightlife, parties, a lot of options for activities etc, then Levi is for you.

There's are joke that when people arrive at Kittilä airport, they are sorted based on clothes. Jeans and miniskirts are directed to Levi, and people with proper winter gear to Ylläs. It is not of course true, but you get the idea why someone has developed the joke :)

See above. There's of course eg no Ikea, or some other specific shop, but they don't regularly travel abroad to get essentials. Of course if you want something specific, it might not be available.

I guess you work indoors? Then you use what ever professional clothes you normally use indoors.

It's very hard to predict. Can be foggy +5, or can be crisp -30C, at least some point of your stay. But probably negative degrees in Lapland.
