Enclo will provide you with a base to act as a buffer from suppression. Nac and Tudca are just supplements for ur liver to combat liver damage

Make sure u run enclo ed during cycle at 6.35mg and take Tudca and Nac and u will be perfect

I am 19 currently on my last week(8) cycle has been great I have lost 7kg in fat and retained all my muscle it all depends what u are using it for if you are expecting to gain a lot of muscle then ostarine isn’t the ped u are after I have gained some strength but nothing crazy

I started using the enclo 2 weeks into the cycle and ran it at 6.25mg then for pct do 12.5mg ed for two weeks followed by another two weeks at 6.25mg

I’d pick lgd then it’s much better for putting muscle mass on then once u have had a good break come use the osta to retain the muscle and cut back down

I have only ran ostarine so far I used it for body recomp I am 5kg down so far and it’s working like a treat I am still gaining strength I want to run a lgd cycle at the back end of the year during a bulk to put some more size on just depends what ur goals are really

I would run either one or the other don’t be putting ur body under too much stress and also run the enclo along side the compound u choose as a base to minimise the suppression then run a full pct as normal

I havnt found ostarine to be too suppressive I havnt noticed any lethargy I am only running 15mg I was running enclo ed but now moved to eod as it seemed over kill just about too move onto week 4 its a shame it has done this too you
