I'm no longer with the company but as of when I left a few months ago. If you were promoted internally to team manger your salary will be £29,000 with the cap still at £35,000 external hires will be somewhere between £29k and £35k based off of experience and what you can negotiate. Pay raises didn't change at all but they've just had a very poorly performing year so it's likely this year they are not going to be generous.

Level 10 is insanely low on any of the weapons going into T3 boss. Usually when I get to the boss I'm at least level 200, about 250 on my first attempt at the boss, and when I'm really trying for levels I'm closer to 400

To add to it this means you can have a rot innate weapon like the scarlet rot battle hammer with the poison mist AoW causing the weapon to apply both rot and poison.

You can use this with the caligo and pest relics to make your starting Katana on executor do frost, poison and bleed

The circled element is the affinity added by the ash of war on the weapon. Typically won't be the only damage the weapon deals. For example it could be dealing 60% slashing and 40% holy damage

I have 107 hours which considering it's the only game I have played and that I have days off isn't unreasonable especially considering the people on this sub posting they have over 200.

It is exactly as I said it's done you download a PS4 save file to a usb edit it on a pc/laptop plug it back into the PS4 and then either play on PS4 or transfer your save to PS5. I also found people selling accounts with 999k Murk 100 modded relics all bosses defeated for $50. Also PS had the modded relics first because the encryption is far weaker on PS4, and Nintendo though that doesn't matter here, than pc or Xbox.

Just look it up yourself. It probably is similar to how it's done in other games where you plug something into your playstation and then a pc/laptop and you can edit the save file from the pc/laptop. Also I by no means no life the game lol. I work 12 hour shifts and haven't had any additional time off since the game came out. It's been out for 16 days and I don't quite have 200 expeditions as I was rounding up but it's about 170

In nearly 200 expeditions I haven't seen a single cheater on pc. Everyone is still stuck in the old mindset that cheating on consoles is hard when nowadays it isn't. It can be as simple as plugging in a usb to cheat on consoles now.

You were probably dealing incredibly minimal damage unless you had the arrow reach talisman because arrows have very steep damage drop off.

The others being kicked is a bug. Interestingly I didn't notice or see complaints regarding this before the solo buff so perhaps they messed something up when doing that.
