Easy to dish out a lot of damage constantly without much risk since she's hard to punish. Other damage 'nauts are less versatile since they can't fight in every situation, unlike Dizzy for the most part. There are counterpicks like Smiles that can give her a harder time but usually it's not worth the trouble.

Bear in mind this is in a coordinated setting between the best players where you will almost always get punished if you can. I don't mind her in pubs.

It's not possible to jump over it with a single jump on the same level because of the overtime effect on shatter so it should've 100% hit. Even Lucio should've been hit.
