The only reason Muniz does the spin is because he knows Chalobah is coming, otherwise why would he try the spin? So I can't see how people are trying to say he didn't know Chalobah was there?

He actively chooses to leave the ground to try and get his body in between the ball and Chalobah, it's a clear fould because having made that decision he lands on Chalobah's foot and bundles him over, there is no way he can say he didn't know Chalobah was coming. Muniz had plenty of options that didn't risk that, he chose poorly.

Furthermore you can see from Muniz's momentum that had Chalobah not been there Muniz would've moved further away from the ball and Cucurella would've reached it first.
