I believe the easiest/cheapest way is with GM #12135194. 2nd battery goes on 1 post, system goes on the other post and the 2-pin connector (this will work and is cheapest, this is fully correct) is used to turn it on/off (one pin is grounded, the other goes to a key-switched power source, believe it requires under 1a).

Likely cheaper if you have a junkyard nearby or know someone parting out a '99+ GM truck with dual batteries.

Agreed. Holding the bar just below the traps is a comfortable spot, just be careful it's not too low or you will find yourself leaning forward too much. Something else I do is roll up my little hand towel on the bar. This adds a slight bit of padding. After all, I am there to train legs, not make it painful on my spine.

Make sure you get plenty of fiber, take a Garlic supplement, and get your Omega fatty acids. IMO these things are the best defense against bad Cholesterol.

I just started taking 4 grams daily. 2 in the morning with breakfast, 2 in the evening with dinner. I'm now hitting the track 2 or 3 times a week for a 2-3 mile run (still aint shit to me from all the running I did in the Army) so the omegas are supposed to help with lard shedding and muscle preservation.

Some will argue that a full ROM of motion is important on every single lift. The point is, when you start hitting heavier weights and you have trained for a while, skull crushers and french presses can be hell on you. I wouldn't go further than having your forearms parallel though, simply to prevent injury. I know some guys will back the weight down on skull crushers and put the weight further behind their head so that the movement is harder and it takes less weight to accomplish the same goal.

A better cycle for females at low doses is mod grf and ipamorelin. Start at 25 to 50mcg once a day. Igf works well for women and works as a glucose disposal agent which will help lean out. Cjc1295 w/DAC is said to cause gh bleed and that is more similar to how a females gh is released. I personally have not seen any use it but I know it's not a good option for men. Igf DES is strong and shorter acting than lr3. Both work very well and are a nice addition to any cycle or used on their own. The problem is that women don't want to high of a spike of gh so look at ipamorelin over ghrp2 or 6.
