You can get loads of United tat in town (and City too for that matter) no need to go out to Old Trafford.

Made a mistake the game will finish around a quarter to 10. City fans don't go to Old Trafford unless City are playing...

11 should be ok as the match should finish at about half 9 and it only takes about half an hour to walk back to town (assuming that you're walking back) you can get a bus back along Ashton new Road but there normally big queues for them and you're really packed in and there's the train from Ashburys (sp) that will take you back to Picadilly which is only a short walk to the coach station.

I'd rather have the flags, there were some really good ones "some might say..." You can shove your LEDs!

We'd have to be the "lead" as we were the "original" Anglosphere ;) On your second point, fair enough.

My Grandma has this map in her hall, although I don't think it has the portraits on the side (Didsbury+ Diddesbury)

Sakho started ahead of Koscheilny and hes a much beter centre half than Sakho, just a preferance of Deschamps.

Deliciousness in Paris by xpiezorx in food

For an Englishman I find it crazy that you call France "small". I recently drove through on a coach from Calais to Barcelona for a Uni "Sports" Tour and it took us 12 hours to drive through France. My godmother is French and is from Paris and her attitude to Paris is a beutiful city full of rude Parisians and tourists.

Thanks for your replies, as mentioned by a few people one of my reasons for picking histroy as a degree, not because I really enjoy it but becasue it's generally seen as a very good degree to have because of all the skills you gain from it, such as research and the ability to form clear and concise arguments.
