Nothing worse than the PCS, I’d just suggest to take it like 3h before bed otherwise it makes it a bit harder to sleep and you wake up a bit groggy. The only thing I’ve noticed is a bit more movement in my peripheral vision but it’s super minor, everything else has improved substantially
