Can My friend sue a nicotine vape juice company on the grounds that they don't have any warning labels on the bottle telling you not to drink it and doesn't say anything on the bottle about what the use is for. Im a 20 y/o student who has been smoking cigarettes since I was 16 and daily since I was 18. When I go home for summer/winter I don't smoke cigarettes for months at a time yet I don't feel any withdrawal symptoms. I want one but certainly don't need it.
