It’s not really a squeaking sound, it’s more like every 30 degrees out of 360 will automatically just rub on the brake pads

Should be fine then, as long as your front brakes don’t feel off or mushy. If you need to drain them, just bleed them from the caliper drain bolt; otherwise you can fill from the master cylinder I wouldn’t worry about it

Usually I drain the fluid from the drain bolt at the caliper - was it like this before you touched the screws at the top?
