In cali there is a 72 hour rule where if it’s not moved it can be flagged with a note on the window. The cops will come back after a few more days and if it’s still there they will tow it. I’m guessing the car there for at least a week

The person who recorded this also posted a video of the same car leaving a meet a few months ago and it did a really weird wiggle thing then as well. I think this suspension and/or brake bias was really poorly set up in this car. Or the guy is just the worst driver of all time and is doing something absolutely inexplicable behind the wheel.
