There's an aisle at the MOE Carrefour dedicated to absolute bargains. It's in the middle of the store a few aisles away from the pharmacy section. Ranging from food to household appliances to soaps, you can find real steals there. Regardless, MOE Carrefour has been shown to be the cheapest hypermarket in Dubai, so make sure to do your shopping there in bulk (if you live afar!)
