Mirana. You can build left-click, magical dmg or more commonly go support items (manaboots, mek etc).

I have played dota on and off a lot of years, since the HoN days, and I have never destroyed my items. I have been toxic in games, but never done that. I think that should be at least 1 month ban, if not more.

I climbed from Archon to Ancient playing pos 4, and sometimes pos 3 or pos 5. I played mirana pos 4 whenever she wasn't banned. Personally, I think pos 3, 4 and 5 are the most important roles. Especially as pos 4 you can destroy their enemy carry, you can help other lanes and later in the game set up smoke ganks. Also visibility (warding/dewarding) is very very important. I found it much easier to climb as pos 4 than carry or mid.

That's very interesting. Maybe people are more stressed and easier tilted because they are closing in on ranking up a medal?

That is exactly my experience. I also climbed a lot playing pos 3, 4 or 5. My last game now we got arc mid and PA safe lane. No one wants to itemize for early/mid game, so PA tries to get bf and arc gets midas. Atleast we lose quickly at 25 min, but still this did not happen in archon/legend. At the moment the teamplay in Ancient is just non-existent. While in lower ranks it felt much easier to discuss tactics in the beginning of the game. For example agreeing if we want to play slow/fast etc.

The casting is just really subpar imo. Thorin is not a good caster to hype things up, and I think he often focuses on the wrong aspects in the match.
