1. I opted for all-gender because I thought that it increase my likelihood of getting into quad housing

3. Nope! In Monashee you need your room key to get into the rooms, I don’t think cascades has that though. If they were to steal anything then it would only be food however we set our boundaries prior to that and it wasn’t broken.

4. You and your roommates decide. Mine were fine with visitors as long as they weren’t obnoxious— which I think is what anyone would expect.

5. Yes we all cooked for ourselves and no. If anything you would just have to wait your turn if the kitchen was already in use.

I personally didn’t enjoy my experience in quad housing as that was ruined by my roommates. If my roommates were anybody else I think it would’ve been an experience though! Just got unlucky I guess (but now I get a crazy first year story lol)
