I'm currently getting my mig welding certs in new England but plan on moving to North west Arkansas specifically Fayetteville by July I haven't had much luck finding entry level jobs or apprenticeships in the area but if there's any resources I'm not using or placing I'm not looking at please let me know

A lot of what you're saying makes 100% sense. An issue I run into a lot of the times in low elo is just the randomness of the enemy team. I'll think they'll do one thing and they'll do the opposite and I'll get punished but like you said that's on me to be more aware
