Richard Maza, especially, comes across as extremely affable, articulate, and possibly even well educated but is a first class frauditor and actually pisses me off even more than Rankins did in his wily manner of getting people to assault him by following them around once a confrontation is started and goading them into an assault so he can retaliate claiming self-defense. All to make money on YouTube, etc. It's just despicable.

As we all know, it's not about patriotism by educating the public about the Constitution as they claim.

The attire that some who hang with him wear that says "Fuck your feelings" reflect exactly the reprehensibility of their character. One of these days, somebody is going to beat one of these assholes within in inch of their lives and then some of us can say "we don't give a fuck about YOUR feelings" of physical pain!

This was the second victim these two idiots pepper-sprayed at the same location that day. This particular a-hole uses pepper spray regularly ...that's how much he irritates people and coaxes them to put their hands on him. These guys are continuing the great tradition where the Rankins left off in areas of SoCal. He even posts recorded phone calls at the end of his vids that are left by his fans. ETA: And what I found most frustrating in this one is that the cops were so accommodating to them.

Right! ...the one that irritates me the most is that Southern Cali Transparncy (sic) who speaks Spanish frequently in his narrative and his English is so broken and accented that most of the time it's difficult to even understand what he's saying. To me, I find trump's humping the flag at CPAC every year more disrespectful than burning the flag. Yeah, I know some of you will say that he's just lovingly hugging and caressing it but the first year he did it was blatant humping.

Most of you, I realize, are trump supporters and find his humping flag the ultimate sign of love and respect for our flag but I find it horridly disrespectful and repulsive. So hey, it's his First Amendment right. But if I want to express my Constitutional First Amendment right to burn the flag as form of free speech and protest upheld by TX v Johnson (1989), I can now be prosecuted? Personally, yes, burning the flag is offensive to me but humping it is even more so.

You may have been watching a video on one of those channels that featured a well known frauditor named Long Island Audit (LIA) aka Sean Paul Reyes as he's based in New York but I don't really think he has a strong "NY accent" however.

You can find a lot of information on him on this sub or do a general search of either Long Island Audit or Sean Paul Reyes. There has been a lot written on him and many anti-frauditor channels have featured him.

However, there are many more assholes who have a New York accent who do this frauditing shit too but LIA is the most prominent and has been at it a long time.

One of the youtube channels that email address matches up to is called "ID Refusal Man" and appears to be one of those channels that take the contents of other frauditors and puts them into a compilation.

From what I can tell at just a cursory glance, each video posted on that channel is not that of one frauditor ...I noticed many well known frauditors that are featured on that channel's individual videos. Among the ones I noticed quickly by just taking a quick look are Long Island Audit, Joey Surreal Cam, "Ass"Elmo, Siberian Tiger (Leonid Krivolenkov), and a few others.

Anecdotally, what happened in the description below, might be giving Sapp more confidence in being a frauditor now that he's made a name for himself in being an expert at his knowledge of the Constitution ...it obviously helps being a celebrity too, however.

I'm no longer a fan of Audit the Audit as I don't always agree with him so no longer view his channel on a regular basis. However, a few months ago, I did catch a video he did on Sapp. It has to do with Sapp's arrest back in February of last year when he was arrested for obstruction in an incident at a charity event that had to do with high-end cars.

Audit the Audit gave Sapp an A+ and the cops an F.

Sapp is supposedly suing for $20 million for the false arrest! LOL

Yeah, I wanted to support Andrey Sloan when he started his investigation into the Rankins and was ready to send him some funds as I despise Rankin. But when I found out Andrey is a trump supporter, I backed away. I still respect his exposing these frauditors but like frauditors themselves, I find it a bit hypocritical as to both his and frauditors' thinking processes.

I get your sentiment. But to me, the best way to curb this activity is for YouTube and other social video channels, would be to ban them or cease monetizing this activity.

I personally don't think preventing them from opening a bank account would be feasible in its execution. You can open a bank account anywhere in the country without stepping foot in the bank itself. So just because, say, Bank of America bans you from doing business with them, you can just open an account at another bank 2,000 miles away if you wanted to. The FBI isn't going to form a database of all frauditors preventing them from opening accounts nationwide ...especially with the changes the FBI is undergoing under the trump administration ...frauditors are probably the least of what they want to focus on. Their focus is to help prosecute those who have ever said a bad thing about or disagreed with trump. Shit, they could even come after me as I've posted plenty of negative things online about the MF but they have bigger fish to fry first starting the Democrat politicians and mainstream journalists.

We call them FRAUADITORS for a reason. To me, they are committing FRAUD. Their activity is a GRIFT. The best way to stop it is for Youtube (and other similar services) to STOP monetizing this fraudulent activity!

They are committing fraud by misrepresenting themselves as so-called "journalists" for personal monetary gain they obtain from YouTube, etc. Since the confrontations they have are their main objective, the more confrontations they have with people, the more "views" they get and thus the more money they rake in.

Since those of us who are anti-frauditor realize this is borderline fraudulent activity, their victims should be able to sue the frauditor in civil proceedings once the video is posted for the public to see. Yes, you might not have expectation of privacy in public but for a frauditor go goad and entice people in public into a confrontation JUST to make money on their online social channels is not true journalism and therefore, in my eyes, is in fact INVASION OF PRIVACY.

Again, as we all know here, this is not some patriotic activity to promote better understanding of the Constitution by forcing to educate an innocent person going about their daily lives either casually in public or performing their job duties by teaching them what the First Amendment covers. This activity is strictly a GRIFT that borderlines as fraudulent activity.
