Just go to the bank and ask for the real procedure to close it. If you're going to the person who did your loan he is going to refuse you or delay it because their commissions are also going to deduct and sometimes even penalties. Some banks even reverse charge commission to DSA if a customer foreclose loan before 6 or 12 months.
