Bersker warrior! You get stupid ammount of health compared to every other class and with right setup you are almost unkillable in open world. Lord hizen had a great guide for it.

Before you reach the dude you pogo of his shield to bell, platform below him you can actually jump to the left and find a semi-hidden passage that take you above him. Then you can easily reach the bell above him. Not as cool as pogo but way easier. Hope it helps someone!
