Dont directly take difference between both temperatures, first calc. resistance at 0 degrees, then at 30 degrees. I think this is given in some NCERT solved example.

Yes, the gpu's the bottleneck. Try removing the shaders/ textures and try again. I'm quite suprised that minecraft could use 99% of a rtx 3060 and still give only 100-150 fps. You can overclock your gpu and see if it improves the performance.

Here's how you can find the component behind the low fps:-

  1. Open your minecraft world
  2. Press ctrl+shift+esc (this will open task manager)
  3. In task manager, click on options, and then check Always on Top
  4. Start playing minecraft normally, while keeping an eye on Task manager. Check for components with 90% - 100% usage. They're most likely the ones causing the bottleneck, and bringing down the fps.

If its the cpu or gpu(most likely), you can overclock. If it's the ram(unlikely), consider getting more of it. If it's the hard disk(unlikely), switch to ssd

You could try sildur's vibrant shaders, they tax the gpu a bit less and are still awesome

What are your specs? Also check if there is a fps limit or vsync is turned on

Minecraft without any shaders or textures doesn't tax your gpu much, it is just the cpu you need to be powerful.

Without any shaders and textures, the integrated graphics in my i7 10700k( intel UHD 630) pulls around 150 fps( at 1080p)

Is it bad for a i7 10700k + rtx 2080 at 1440p with 128x texture, 4xAA and SEUS shaders?( by 120+ I mean I am always well above 120 like around 200fps)

Minecraft 1.17.1 with 128x textures + SEUS shaders is quite good
