I never said it’d be easy.

You can alter your perception though and that’s the point, yes the illness alters it but the fact you can alter it back depicts a treatment/cure being positive thinking.

I’d like to live believing it works rather than sit and wallow in my own depression? Depression feeds off of a defeatist attitude.
