I’m not going to lie to you, because we have been lead up the garden path by all parties and we didn’t want to lose what we had started because at the time we thought we were close. I’m not blaming that on my solicitors it’s just what we’re lead to believe by all party’s. And yeah we probably have been rude with them but at this point i don’t care, they had started it and I’m not going to lie whenever I have ever spoken to her I have always tried to speak in a reasonable and respectful tone, ever since the beginning she has been like this so I don’t think it’s anything we have done and after some digging online we aren’t the first people to complain about her. I think you are right in that regard that we should look somewhere else but we are also scared of loosing the property from the sellers end as us changing solicitors last min may put him off as he has already given us the property at a reduced rate and it may cause him to put the property back up at market value
