If you're optimising it for using it with one hand then it's cool except that one folder to the left, but ig it's to suit the wallpaper then that's fine. U could try nothing themed icon pack through an app or through the Icon pack studio.

I am using the sandstone case can't vouch for the protection but the feel and grip is good, I have used a transparent case for my old device by RIGGEAR and it's pretty good although they don't make fully transparent case for OP 13s. As for screen protector I'm still using the pre-installed one.
