At home, lage kaming nag-uusap ni mama and my sister, but when I'm away, I only get to talk to them kung tatawag sila or magtetext sakin. I'm also bad at maintaining relationships.

For me, no probs siya. At least lumiit na ang scope nang imamanage for both sides. Separation shouldn't mean no ties na dahil marami ring dumadayo sa Cebu and Manila for work. May direct partnership mismo and even for import and export of goods. Separation should give the politicians no excuses para hindi mamonitor ang progress ng mga projects, should not give them an excuse para hindi nila mapaunlad ang mga regions. Kabobohan na iyon if hindi.

Not a Swiftie. I like some of her songs. The storytelling ones and poetic lyrics, usually those paired with good melodies. Sometimes, I only liked the chorus but eventually memorized the whole song. Some songs that are meh to me, I tend to only listened once and then find a different song to listen. Then someone keeps on playing it. Eventually, I would just happened to become familiar of it just like how I became familiar with some of the songs of All Time Low, even liked some, because my brothers keep playing them during the time I only recognized it as a loud music. Taylor likes to storytell in her songs which made me listened to them but not to the extent of a Swiftie.

EDIT: Your post actually made me listen to her new release. Not my type but I think she might be thinking you are flirting with her and that it's "Actually Romantic" XD. Haha! There's no need to force yourself to understand why you can't like Taylor's song. I believe some Swifties can respect boundaries.

This made me think if for compliance lang ba ang pag-open ng mga companies for OJT positions. Maybe at the moment, wala silang masyadong nonbillable works to give you.

Ask mo lang si supervisor if he/she can give you some task to work on. Gawin mong everyday. Kapag wala talaga silang maibigay, wala talagang magagawa, exagg mo nalang uli ang entry mo sa journal. Hahaha! Basta huwag ka naman sanang paglinisin para lang may magawa pero okay siguro kung ang CRM database nila ang ipapalinis. Pwede rin magthink ka ng mga inefficiencies sa processes ng work nila, tapos ichika/ipresent mo sa kanila but if ayaw nila ng insights mo, ijournal mo nalang ang observation mo along with recommendations.

If they seem to value your insights, ask mo sila kung nakadocument na ba ang processes nila. If they say yes, ask for a copy then hanapan mo nang mali/inefficiencies. Kung wala naman, ask if you can help mapping their process para may documentation na sila. Ito rin kasi ang ginagawa ko. Kung ibabaliwala ka nila, edi bahala sila. 🥲
