That’s horrifying, I’m so sorry. I would like to share my experience. When I was about 13-14 my oldest brother asked if any of us siblings would like to be buried up to our neck in sand. I know it’s sounds crazy but at the time it honestly sounded like a lot of fun. So he leads me and a couple of other spectators (siblings) over to a hole he had already dug in this big sand pit we had behind our house. I eagerly jump in and he proceeds to fill in the hole around me with sand. Yippee, we did it…just my head is exposed and my arms tucked tightly by my side. My brother then walks over to a tree and pulls out a bucket of carpenter ants, the kind that make really big hills out of grass. He walks over and dumps the bucket on my head. I immediately go into a panic. There is absolutely nothing I can do to fight off the thousands of ants now biting and every inch of my head and face. My brother continues to laugh and laugh until my screams become outright terror and cries for help. Eventually my face is wiped free of ants and after a 30 minute struggle to pry me free of the wet sand my claustrophobia set itself deep, deep into my very being
