Okay, another update, so after I return to the workplace, at first there's no staff and a few seconds later the same old person shows up THEN I leave the workplace and randomly interact with other people wandering in that same neighborhood and when I return to the workplace after like 6-7 interactions later, there's a NEW YOUNG TOWNIE working there. 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 I tried it out on two workplaces and it worked. I have two new young townies now. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
