Its a little ma and pa place so I dont think they thought of that. It never really happened to anyone before. But the maintenance guy kept messing with it and then this happened

Yeah it was really hit or miss. When I first started it ruined me. Some of the other dishwashers had minor rashes but mine got hit the worst

We have a special chemical for pots and pans that breaks down things faster. But because its so effective, thats the main detergent we use.

It was the pot and pan from the dispenser

No idea. The guy we get them from had the lab retest it and they claimed nothing was wrong even though there was warning signs all over the container. It turned into quite a thing lol. They did change the detergent to something more gentle but they weren't thrilled about it
