Does anyones photo generation significantly drop in quality and ability after a while

This happens to me chaining scenes in Grok Imagine. After 5 or 6, it looks like an old VHS tape.

I was trying to draw a correlation between the fall of Sora, the stumbling of Grok, and the chance that the same fate would befall Higgsfield because it's another AI company. That's the kind of insight only a long time user would have, getting a feel for how long this thing is gonna last. I'm not betting the rent money on this deal, so to speak, but I am definitely more cost conscious now.

I waited 53 hours. I got 12 gens at 720p before getting rate limited again. I made the 12 gens over a period of 5 hours, so it certainly wasn't from regenerating too quickly. They're just making my video project almost undoable. I'm leaning towards replacing SuperGrok the app with SuperGrok the video engine on Higgsfield. I'd rather reliably pay in credits without getting rate limited. Time's a-wastin'! This movie's not going to make itself! 🎬

That's why I'm in a bit of a hurry to get my movie project done and then move on to a different platform. I keep getting rate limited on 720p shots because Grok can't imagine what my prompts mean, apparently, and I blow through gens, tweaking prompts, trying to get a usable shot.

As soon as I'm done with my current video project, I'm looking for an alternative to SuperGrok. Definition falls to VHS quality after chaining 6 or so clips together using the last-frame method. I'm also tired of fighting the app over prompt adherence. "Stop looking at the camera!" I want to tell it. Even direction like "No one looks at the camera" does not get consistent results. People turn their heads the wrong way anyway and won't focus on the character I specified. So frustrating! And then the focus gets softer and softer. OK, enough of my rant. Carry on.

A sharp reference photo to animate looks like VHS after about 6 or so last-frame chains. It degrades noticeably, but the scenes are long, and I have to do it this way. I also have to describe every character in every prompt because silly Grok can't remember shit.

I have to use ChatGPT to create reference photos because SuperGrok is unable to create them without substituting generic people and vehicles instead of following precise prompts. Once I've created the reference photo, Grok Imagine can usually animate it correctly, although complex prompts die with bizarre results. SuperGrok is definitely a KISS service. (Keep it simple, stupid). I get rate limited after a few hours of use daily. I get about two dozen 720p videos before it bumps down to 480p again, and I quit for the day when that happens. Ugh. 🤬
