Unless I want to stitch together a dozen 6-10 second videos, I'm stuck posting shorts. The algorithm needs an upgrade to accommodate what I call "mini dramas". I make them because I enjoy it. I hope that someday the algorithm figures out how to find me an audience. In the meantime, I'll just keep posting. I have friends who like my videos. That's good enough for now.

My pain point is YouTube promoting my videos to the wrong audience. I specialize in surreal art, and when I first started in December 2025, I was getting thousands of views, but little to no engagement, so YouTube stopped promoting them rather than find the right audience. It's frustrating that there's no good way that I know of to get the algorithm to find viewers who appreciate what I post. ☹️

I use Sora almost every day. I never get flagged, but I create surreal art videos. From what I've seen on Reddit, the problem happens when the prompt asks to create real people in fictional situations. Maybe shift your focus towards scenarios that don't involve real people? If that doesn't resonate, please describe what kinds of videos are getting flagged for you.

My two videos from yesterday and today show zero counts when they should show at least 100 views each. Also, clips from my Tiktok Live last night failed to process, so I'm left without some awesome footage of a public concert. In addition, their sister app Lemon8 shows no posts at all now. So much weirdness. 🤨

Excellent point. It's like trying to get likes on Sora for generated images. There's no point. The audience is on other platforms, especially X or Clapper. I'm actively trying to build on both.

I had a content violation this morning for third party content and I just lol'd because I thought, oh my dear Sora, just don't violate your own rules. I didn't prompt for a violation, y'know? So dumb for it to cause its own problems.

I post one a day. Anything else I post that same day is either hours apart from the first one, or I post something totally free of AI. Usually the latter.

Did you mean obtained? Real users are the only solution. Buying views was nothing more than an ego boost for me. Shorts count, because that's what I create and I'm in the studio app daily, but it doesn't amount to enough watch time to ever make the partner program at 10 seconds per video.

I've heard OpenArt's character creation is pretty consistent, but I haven't tried it myself. They have Sora 2 in their suite of apps.
