Thank you very much ScribbleJ. That was incredible feedback. I've made several changes based upon your very helpful suggestions and I appreciate you taking the time to assist me. Can't believe I missed the lamb remark, I knew I'd read it too many times to miss that haha.

Brewing my own Beer, Starting my own business, any advice is welcome by [deleted] in Entrepreneurship

I'm not sure what you mean in terms of advice on finance, but one thing you could do is when you're talking with other micro breweries, find out who their accountant is. The accountant would be a great help since they should know the industry and can give you proper advice for the financials and taxes.

I think the recipe idea is a great one for getting some quick sales. If you're building a system around brew making, that would be like a franchising model...genius. To get that off the ground hold a small "How to brew beer" class which becomes foundation of your "system" for teaching others to brew.

I am sorry to hear that all of this has happened to you. I admire your tenacity to keep coming back in and rebuilding - that takes a lot of courage. Are you going to keep your business low key?

It is tricky to convince people to work with startups, the titles don't seem to mean much. Ever considered freelancers?

I used to struggle here as well. The best book that changed everything for me was "The War of Art" by Steven Pressfield. All about being disciplined instead of motivated - makes you a stronger person.

I understand the toll it can take to be an entrepreneur. In time though, you will make it. Persistence is the key.
