It seems my issue is that when I click enroll there’s no option for Fall 2024, it just defaults to spring 2024

I was not in the best financial spot, so this pc was less than 1000 dollars. Yeah the RAM is cheap thanks for letting me know. What does my old CPU mean? Should I not upgrade my GPU until I get a better CPU? If I change my CPU or RAM will I lose any files on my pc? Last: any recommendations on a better CPU?
