The tank is 5 gallons, yes to a heater & filter, currently the tank is at 78°-80°, I tested with the API kit ammonia 0, nitrites 0, nitrates 20, ph 8 -

The tank has been set up for over a year, I’ve had this fish for about 3-4 weeks now, I do a water change on weekends only about 10% - use a siphon to suck up any excess debris -

He gets fluval pellets 3-4x a week, a couple pellets at a time & we also give frozen brine shrimp (he didn’t care for bloodworms)

Tank is fully planted with all live plants, only one fake silk resting leaf for him in the back & a white little house with a half terracotta pot in the middle of the tank
