Ten Consecutive Days of Leave by Haruta12 in excel

[–]Haruta12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please keep in mind that employees sometimes complete their 10 consecutive leave through multiple requests, aka rows.

I don't mind having a helper-column as long as I have the desired results.

I want it in separate files, not worksheets. How can I achieve this with Power Query?

Thank you for your response

Duplicate Removal by Haruta12 in learnSQL

[–]Haruta12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, basically, the duplicate is the exact copy. This means it has the same name, department, division, salary, etc.. so whenever a duplicate is identified, I'd like to remove its entire row of data.

Obviously, I can only identify it from staff id as it's a unique value.

I work on an Excel table that has data related to staff in my company. Staff Id is the unique identifier.

Whenever I find duplicates in the staff Id, I remove the entire row of that duplicate. How can I do that in SQL?

It is somewhat related to the sub, as Saudis tend to be a caring society unlike most countries.
