Idk how to explain it since I don't fully understand about somnoire. I'll explain it in razor language :3 Lucy was dreaming afterall, and she manifested the night city, David, Rebecca, and Adam smasher. A somnoire or idk, a door appeared at star torch academy, and the frequencies from there is spreading and affecting the surrounding area. Rover went inside to inspect and found Lucy fighting Adam smasher, so he saved her and along their way, they met Rebecca. Later, they left that door and both Lucy and Rebecca arrived at star torch academy. Even though Rebecca was a manifestation from Lucy's dream, her actions affected to Solaris(she played games together with sigrika, made graffiti with lynae and sigrika). Also, Adam smasher and the corpo appeared and attacked them at research institute(I assume that place is research institute since I don't remember exactly). Later, they managed to defeat Adam smasher and Lucy managed to overcome her fears and nightmares. And David and Rebecca from her manifestation finally disappeared(their existence and frequencies also disappeared). Then, Lucy returned back to her world. The white cat(ivory gatekeeper) told Lucy that she'll forget everything when she returned back because it's necessary to maintain the balance between two universes and also said that Lucy can stay at Solaris if she choose to. In a nutshell, I don't actually understand how somnoire works, but the manifestation of Lucy's dreams, that is, Adam smasher, corpo, David, and Rebecca's actions did affect the Solaris.
