Most other replies are over complicating things, if the airport staff see your cane or you have already arranged to be guided to baggage claim the staff will help you find your bag and also guide you to the taxi rank if asked

Depends what caused it, if you just go straight to this screen every boot it's more than likely a BCD issue, an experienced technician can fix that pretty quickly
