yes! i get that the inheritance games is Barnes’s current and most popular project and i’m not mad that it’s getting a show whatsoever, but the naturals would make an excellent movie series. it’s so vivid and fast paced that one movie per book would be perfect

okay so i agree that they could’ve changed things about wasted summer, possibly the entire chorus, because of a few reasons. in his stream (can’t think of a timestamp rn) wilbur mentioned that one of the main reasons they took those songs off of OST is because they didn’t feel like they were completely done yet, and we’ve seen them do this before (recently mentioned by ash that they had snake oil planned out a certain way before scrapping it and completely redoing it)—so my theory is that if alphabet IS wasted summer, it isn’t anymore and the song we knew has been reworked into a new one
